Sites for service businesses

A better site.
A clearer way
to work.

Your website should reflect the quality of your work and help the next job get started properly.

We build websites, customer intake, and practical systems around the way your business operates.

For contractors, specialists, and professional services.

The Good Productivity approach

Build around the business.
Then connect the steps.

A visitor needs to understand what you do, why it fits their needs, and what happens next. Your team needs enough information to respond without starting the conversation from scratch.

We plan both sides. The site introduces the work. The process carries it forward. Automation handles agreed routine steps; you keep control of the decisions.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the service and see the work.

  2. 02

    Inquire

Share the details that help you assess fit.

  3. 03

    Get started

Know the scope, responsibilities, and next step.

  4. 04

    Stay informed

Receive the agreed updates and handoff.

See it in practice

One business.
Two different customer journeys.

These Genereve projects show how the website can be shaped around the service being delivered.

Start where the business needs it

A site. A process.
The connections between them.

01 / The website

Make the work easy to understand.

Service pages, project examples, clear copy, mobile layouts, and a useful path to contact. Built around what a customer needs to decide.

02 / Customer onboarding

Ask once. Start with context.

Intake forms, qualification questions, confirmations, and the information needed to begin a project. Agree on who receives it and what happens next.

03 / Business systems

Give the team a process it can use.

Scoped connections to booking, CRM, payments, reminders, and internal handoffs. We review your existing tools and define the work before adding more software.

From the first conversation to launch

Clear scope.
Useful work. Your approval.

  1. 01

    Understand the work

We map what you sell, who it is for, and what happens from the first inquiry to the finished job.

Your services, customers, and current tools
  2. 02

    Agree on the build

We define the pages, customer journey, forms, connections, and responsibilities. You get a written scope, price, and sequence.

    A clear plan before implementation
  3. 03

    Build around the process

We design the site and configure the agreed workflows. You review how it looks and how information moves through it.

Your team reviews the real experience
  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

We check the customer path, connect the agreed domain and tools, and walk your team through the finished system.

Ownership, access, and documented next steps

Let’s look at your business

What should work
better?

A new website, better inquiries, less manual follow-up, or a cleaner way to start a project. Tell us where things stand.

We’ll review your request and follow up by email. The scope and price are agreed before work begins.

No existing website required. No payment to send an inquiry.

Before we talk

A few practical
questions.

Is this only for construction businesses?

No. Genereve is an example of the work. This service is for businesses that sell expertise, appointments, or projects, including contractors, specialists, and professional services. We review your operating needs before proposing a build.

Can you improve a site we already have?

Yes. We can start with the parts worth keeping, then scope the design, content structure, intake, or connected workflows that need work. A full rebuild is not always necessary.

What do you mean by business systems?

The practical steps behind the site: capturing the right inquiry details, routing them to the right person, confirming the next step, collecting onboarding information, and handing work to your team. Booking, CRM, payments, reminders, and other connections are included only when agreed in the scope.

Will we need to change all our tools?

Not by default. We review what you use, what it does well, and where information gets lost. We confirm compatibility and any additional software costs before recommending a connection or replacement.

How much does a project cost?

Service-business projects receive a written scope and quote. Price depends on the pages, content, customer journey, and systems involved. The Shopify migration packages elsewhere on this site do not price this work. Software subscriptions and specialist services are identified separately.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

We review the business, the current site if you have one, and the main problem you want to solve. We follow up by email with questions or a suggested next step. Sending the form does not start a project or commit you to a purchase.
