WooCommerce → Shopify

Done babysitting
your store?
Let’s move it.

Keep your brand and supported store data. We build your Shopify store separately, then coordinate the move with your approval.

From $999 · No mandatory sales call

Free, private concept preview. Public pages only. Your current store stays untouched.

Your store stays live during the build.
You approve before cutover. No login to preview.

Already ready for Shopify?

The move is the part
you need handled.

WooCommerce can do a lot. You may simply be done maintaining the stack that keeps it running.

What you’re ready to leave behind
  • Updates you put off because something might break.
  • Plugins that need another plugin to work together.
  • Hosting issues and a checkout you keep checking.
  • Routine changes that wait on a developer.
What we plan with you
  • A managed commerce platform and a smaller maintenance burden.
  • A clear plan for the features your business relies on.
  • Data checks, storefront testing, and a coordinated cutover.
  • A store your team can take over after launch.

Shopify still needs configuration, compatible apps, and ongoing store operations. We scope those dependencies before the move.

Choose how far to take the move

Move it.
Or improve it, too.

Move It recreates the agreed store. Improve adds stronger shopping structure. Growth adds deeper layouts and priority implementation. Every package has a written scope.

Move It

$999USD · one time

Move your existing store to Shopify.

Move my store ↗
  • Rebuild using your existing branding
  • Supported products, collections & customer data
  • Home, collection, product & standard pages
  • Redirects, analytics & launch QA
  • Ownership handoff + 30-day bug fixes

Growth Build

$3,499USD · one time

Migrate with more custom pages and features.

Build my growth store ↗
  • Everything in Move It + Improve It
  • Deeper theme & storefront customization
  • More templates & custom page layouts
  • Priority app & tracking configuration
  • Post-payment kickoff + priority handoff
The package has to fit the business.

Subscriptions, B2B rules, custom apps, and integrations can change the scope. A large, clean catalog may be simpler than a small store with custom logic. Answer the scope questions before payment; unsupported dependencies go to written review.

Shopify plans, paid themes, apps, and specialist tools are separate. Fixed-price implementation fees are non-refundable once implementation begins.

Doing the migration yourself? The $199 DIY kit includes the plan and worksheets. Implementation is not included.

Account for what you’ve built

Your migration map.

01

Store & catalog

Your brand, products, variants, collections, and agreed pages. We check options, images, and representative records after import.

02

Customers & orders

Supported customer records and order history, depending on the migration workflow. Passwords cannot transfer; customers need an account activation or reset plan.

03

Search & content

Map important URLs, set supported 301 redirects, review metadata, and check for 404s. Blogs and custom content are scoped. Rankings cannot be guaranteed.

04

Tracking

Review GA4, Search Console, and agreed pixels and events. We check the setup against the access and consent requirements for your store.

05

Business systems

Review reviews, subscriptions, bundles, B2B, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment connections. Unsupported or custom dependencies receive a written scope first.

06

Ownership & handoff

You retain your domain and own the finished store. We agree the Shopify plan, coordinate access, and hand over the delivered work with 30 days of bug fixes.

The questions worth asking

Protect what
you’ve already built.

Will my current store go down?

Your current store stays live while we build separately. Before cutover, we agree a launch window, final data sync, checkout checks, and a rollback plan. DNS propagation and final synchronization require coordination; zero downtime is not a guarantee.

Can I keep my domain and email?

You retain domain ownership. We plan the domain connection and preserve email-related DNS records. We request registrar or DNS permissions only when needed, and do not ask for access to your inbox.

What happens to products, customers, and order history?

We map products, variants, collections, and supported customer records. Historical orders depend on an appropriate import workflow and are scoped before purchase. Customer passwords cannot be transferred; account access follows the new store’s account setup. We verify counts and representative records before launch.

What about SEO, old links, and my blog?

We inventory important URLs, map supported 301 redirects, review metadata and canonical links, migrate agreed content, and check missing pages and sitemaps. Blogs and large content archives are included in the scope review. Rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed.

What happens to GA4, Search Console, and Meta?

The base package includes GA4 setup or transfer and the Search Console verification workflow. Additional pixels and events are configured to the selected scope and consent requirements. Account permissions, product catalogs, and tracking are checked at launch.

Can I keep reviews, subscriptions, bundles, or wholesale?

These need a compatibility review. Reviews depend on export and destination support. Subscriptions, memberships, gift cards, wholesale rules, custom checkout behavior, and proprietary integrations can require specialist tools or a custom scope. We flag them before charging a standard package.

What if I have thousands of products?

SKU count alone does not disqualify a store. We consider options, variants, data quality, order history, integrations, content, and business rules together. A large clean catalog can be simpler than a smaller highly customized store.

How long does migration take?

Your delivery schedule is confirmed after the store and dependencies are reviewed. Data quality, access, custom features, and your approval affect timing. We agree build milestones and the cutover date before implementation starts.

Will it look like my brand? Can I redesign?

Move It recreates your existing visual identity with layout and mobile cleanup. Move It + Improve It improves the page layouts, navigation, and product presentation. Growth Build adds deeper customization. A full rebrand, new photography, or copy written from scratch needs separate scope.

What Shopify plan and apps will I need?

We recommend a plan from your actual staffing, checkout, reporting, market, and integration needs. We do not default to Plus. Your Shopify subscription, paid theme, third-party apps, and specialist migration tools are separate costs, disclosed before approval.

Do I need a sales call? Can I talk to someone?

No sales call is required to purchase a supported standard package. Onboarding is guided and asynchronous. Calls are available after payment, and Growth Build includes a kickoff. Complex migrations receive a written scope first.

What if I change my mind?

Migration fees become non-refundable once implementation work begins. Before work begins, you may request cancellation and a refund. The package scope and policy are shown before checkout. Non-waivable consumer rights still apply.

Who owns the store and domain?

You do. We build a client-transfer store, then you accept ownership and activate your Shopify plan before the store takes live payments. You retain the domain. Access is reviewed and unnecessary permissions are revoked at handoff.

What happens after launch?

Every service package includes a 30-day bug-fix window for the delivered scope. New features, ongoing marketing, ad management, ongoing SEO, and unlimited revisions are separate projects.

What does the free preview include?

A concept from accessible public store content: a representative home, collection, and product experience. It is not a complete catalog, finished Shopify store, or working checkout. Some stores block automated reading; we offer a manual review fallback. Previews expire after seven days and are marked noindex.

What is outside the fixed packages?

Full rebranding, photography, unlimited revisions, proprietary feature replication, custom apps or API/ERP engineering, and complex subscription migrations require an add-on, upgrade, or custom quote. We agree page, data, and integration scope before work starts. No package promises sales, ROAS, or rankings.
