Service terms.

These terms describe the migration and build packages offered by Sites by Good Productivity. Your written project scope supplements these terms and identifies the source store, supported records, pages, integrations, revisions, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

What you are buying

Move It ($999), Move It + Improve It ($1,999), and Growth Build ($3,499) are one-time services for a defined store migration and implementation. Prices are in USD. The package comparison describes the included work. A scope check routes unsupported or uncertain requirements to written review before standard checkout.

Scope confirmation and implementation

We confirm your written scope, access requirements, and schedule before starting implementation. If source access reveals a material dependency that was not disclosed, work pauses for an agreed scope change, upgrade, or custom quote. No extra work is charged without your agreement. If the project cannot proceed and implementation has not begun, you can request cancellation and a refund.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a refund before implementation work begins. Once implementation begins, migration fees are non-refundable. Payment itself does not mean implementation has started. The start of implementation is recorded in the project workflow and communicated to you. Non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected. Use the contact form for cancellation or a delivery issue.

Third-party costs and limitations

Your Shopify subscription, paid themes, third-party apps, and specialist migration tools are separate costs, disclosed and approved before use. Data transfer depends on source exports and destination capabilities. Passwords cannot be migrated. Orders, reviews, gift cards, subscriptions, custom fields, and advanced business rules require supported workflows and may need custom scope.

Outside the fixed scope

Unless agreed in writing, packages exclude full rebranding, logo design, new photography, copywriting from scratch, custom apps, proprietary feature replication, custom API or ERP engineering, highly complex subscriptions, unlimited revisions, paid-ad management, and ongoing SEO, marketing, or CRO retainers.

Preview and source assets

A preview is a representative concept made from accessible public store content. It is not a finished Shopify store, complete catalog, live checkout, or guarantee that every current feature can be recreated. You must be authorized to request implementation using the store and brand materials. Brand and product assets remain the property of their owners. Private previews expire after seven days and can be revoked.

Approval, cutover, and ownership

Your current store stays live during the build. You review the staging store and approve the cutover plan. We coordinate a final synchronization where needed, ownership transfer and Shopify plan activation, domain connection, and live QA. DNS changes can propagate unevenly; uninterrupted service, unchanged traffic, and unchanged rankings are not guaranteed. You retain your domain and take ownership of the Shopify store. Access is reviewed and unnecessary permissions are removed.

Support

Service packages include a 30-day post-launch window to report bugs in the delivered scope. A bug is a defect in the agreed implementation, rather than a new feature or later third-party platform change. Scope additions are separate work. No package guarantees revenue, rankings, conversion improvements, or advertising performance.

DIY Migration Kit

The $199 kit is a digital planning resource with a roadmap and editable worksheets. It does not include implementation, source access, custom technical advice, or a Shopify subscription. Access is provided after payment confirmation. Contact us if the files cannot be accessed or are defective. Because the complete digital product is supplied on access, the service cancellation-before-work rule does not apply to downloaded kit content, subject to non-waivable rights.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate scope information, lawful access to your store data and brand assets, a current backup, and timely approvals. Use dedicated delegated access rather than sharing personal passwords. We do not request payment-card details through site forms.
